Apparatus for preparation of countrymade wine, five litres of countrymade wine along with one empty bottle was seized and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 08.06.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ramu Soren is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P. S. Case no.161 of 2016.
