This application for regular bail arises out of Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2012, disclosing offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioners are in custody since 28.02.2020. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the police recovered 30 liters of country made liquor and certain other articles likely to be used for the purpose of preparation of country made wine from the petitioners' house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the charge sheet has apparently been

Considering the facts and circumstances and submission made on behalf of the petitioners, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
