2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 469 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(2), 109, 303(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The informant was assaulted brutally by the accused persons who are not named in the FIR. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has appeared. The witnesses have identified the petitioner and other accused persons. On the confession of the petitioner, the knife has been recovered which was used for assaulting the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and also the fact that the petitioner was involved in the alleged crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
