The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.317 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the allegation is receipt of money by the husband of the petitioner and refusal to execute sale deed.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
