This is a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is suffering from mental disease. Till date he has not been put on T.I Parade. His name has been implicated in this case on the statement of coaccused. The other co-accused namely, Manjeet Kumar who has criminal antecedent has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 74376 of 2018 by order dated 27.11.2018. The petitioner is in custody since. 31.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75939 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
