It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 07.05.2017 in first paragraph, it has incorrectly been recorded as petitioner no. 2 (Anusuiya Devi @ Guddi @ Guddi Devi) has been arrested during the pendency of the application, whereas, it was petitioner no. 3, Prabhakar Narayan Thakur, Son of Ram Beni Thakur, who was arrested during pendency of the application and the application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20376 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 with regard to petitioner no. 3 should have been dismissed as withdrawn.

In such view of the matter, let paragraph 1 of the order dated 07.05.2019 be read as petitioner no. 3 Prabhakar Narayan Thakur, Son of Ram Beni Thakur has been arrested during pendency of the application as such the application with regard to petitioner no. 3 stood dismissed as withdrawn. Further in last paragraph of order dated 07.05.2019 petitioner no. 2 (Anusuiya Devi @ Guddi @ Guddi Devi) instead of petitioner no. 3, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. All other conditions mentioned in the order dated 07.05.2019 shall remain intact.

Further four weeks time from receipt of order is allowed to petitioner no.2 to surrender before the court below. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
