The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) P.S.Case nO.674 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that the petitioner was apprehended while appearing in the examination at the gate of the centre.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is a student and now he has remained in custody for 2 1⁄2 months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S.Case No.674 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
