Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 414, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)A, E of the Arms Act, 19 U.A.P. Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08.02.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
