2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the informant has submitted that except one witness, all the chargesheeted witnesses have been examined and the trial is at the verge of its conclusion.

4. With these observations, the criminal miscellaneous is dismissed.

5. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
