This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 16.04.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 454 of 2010 / 53 of 2010, whereby the Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Gopalganj dismissed the said Criminal Revision affirming the order dated 02.07.2010 passed in Case No. 203 of 2005 in proceeding under Section 145 passed by the Executive Magistrate holding the possession of the members of the first party/opposite party No.02.
On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38651 of 2013 (4) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
