Petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No.167 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. About 80 liters of country made liquor and foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.09.2018. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with G.O. Case No.167 of 2018.
