The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to provide some protection to enjoy peaceful possession of his residential land and building over Plot No. 1483, Khata No. 780, situate in Village Gafoor Bigha in the District of Nalanda. The petitioner appears to have approached the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police of the District for redressal of his grievance by filing representations.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9459 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 In my opinion, the petitioner could have invoked the provisions of the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 by making an application before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by making appropriate application, which shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, within the period as stipulated under the Act itself.
