The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, some motorcycle borne criminals on the gun point looted away two mobile phones, motorcycles and cash amounting to Rs.1,000/- .

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no stolen article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. He further submits

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-II, UdaKishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 143 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
