2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus for any other writ or writs, direction or directions, commanding upon the respondent no. 10 & 11 to remove the illegal construction of house hut which

Patna High Court CWJC No.6576 of 2026(3) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 is a public land standing over R.S.P No. 884 having an area of 9 decimal equal to 2 katha 1 dhur of new Khata No. 352 corresponding to C.S.P No. 1144 of old Khata No. 159, Thana No. 131 situated in Village Kachra, P.S-Saur Bazar, Dist. Saharsa fully detailed in Para No. 4 of this writ application.

(ii) To pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit & proper."

3. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that there is a private dispute between the parties and the appropriate forum is the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/competent Civil Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be availing the remedy which lies under the law of the land.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
