The petitioners have moved this Court for quashing of the order dated 22.05.2013 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No.13 of 2012 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian penal Code.

The matter relates to registered sale deed and the allegation is that accused persons fraudulently inserted a plot in the said registered deed and accordingly received compensation from the District Land Officer, Aurangabad fraudulently. Considering the kind of allegation that has come no interference in the order is required.
