For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to make payment of the arrears of monthly honorarium/ salary

Patna High Court CWJC No.18642 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 and dearness allowance after computing the monthly honorarium/ salary and dearness allowance of the petitioner in accordance with the decisions of the respondents contained in letter no. 3370 dated 25.04.2008, letter no. 4653 dated 26.08.2008, letter no. 296 dated 11.01.2010, letter no. 083 dated 07.01.2013 and letter no. 4294 dated 21.06.2013 which have the force of law, along with interest for the delayed payment."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
