JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation in the written report that the petitioner along with co-accused Satrughan Sah teased the informant and when she raised protest, she was given threat that they will commit wrong with her.
It has been submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is mentioned in the impugned order that the petitioner is a social worker and he has contested election for the post of Mukhiya. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
