Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make representation for transfer to the District of Nalanda where her husband is serving as Assistant Teacher. It is submitted that relying on the letter dated 06.10.1967 bearing No. 15054 issued by the erstwhile Personnel Department, similar transfer has been done in the case of one Rupam Kumari, which is evident from her transfer order dated 25.10.2022 (Annexure-7 to the writ petition). 3.
It is to be noted that as per the impugned order
Patna High Court CWJC No.6479 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 dated 21.10.2022, it is obvious that the petitioner has been posted at her present place since 03.10.2019. She, therefore, has also crossed the period of three years.
4.
The Director-in-Chief (Respondent No.2) is thus directed to consider the petitioner's representation, if filed. 5.
Consideration must be done by a reasoned and speaking order within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with petitioner's representation.
