2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 314/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/379/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. For a trivial dispute, the occurrence took place. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim on her head. One abrasion has been found which is simple in nature.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of

No.27392 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks for today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
