Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against other co-accused persons. Petitioner is 75 years old. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 18.02.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
