JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given iron rod blow, causing head injury to the informant and so far as father of the petitioner is concerned; it is stated that he gave repeated farsa blows, causing head injury to the informant. The informant appears to have sustained two injuries, said to be caused by sharp cutting weapons and both the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature. So far as injured, Jantar Devi is concerned; she was assaulted by other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40424 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 accused. The occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 434 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
