JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.53380 of 2015.

Petitioner happens to be main assailants and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bind P.S.Case No. 01 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif is again rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
