Three litres of country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, who happens to be a member of Schedule Tribe community.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. 148 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.
