====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in a large number of cases, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.
