Before this Court would address to the relief sought in this writ application, learned counsel for the petitioner having produced the letter of offer dated 02.01.2015, also bearing the endorsement of some of the bank authority recording that comprise offer has been accepted subject to approval of the competent authority, seeks permission to withdraw this application stating that the grievance of the petitioner raised herein stands redressed.

Learned counsel for the Punjab National Bank also does not have any objection to such prayer of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22094 of 2014 (2) dt.13-01-2015 learned counsel for the petitioner.

That being so, this writ application is dismissed as not pressed.
