The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341,323,354,313,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioners and occurrence took place on account of land dispute as also the petitioners have fair antecedent, in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45625 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/3 G.R. Case No. 570 of 2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Raxaul East Champaran at Motihari subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C and also subject to the conditions (i) that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.
