JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.

In case such a petition is filed, the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail petition has not been entertained. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
