JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 The present writ application has been preferred seeking a direction for payment of due salary and other dues with a penal interest.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, in which it has been stated that all other reliefs have already been granted to the petitioner by the respondents, except for the salary from 01.01.2000 to 06.01.2000. In para-9 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that the salary for the said
Patna High Court CWJC No.20311 of 2010 (3) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 period from 01.01.2000 to 06.01.2000 of the petitioner could not be paid as the details relating to 'absentee' of the petitioner could not be furnished by him before the competent authority. Considering the fact that the main grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents and only the salary for the period 01.01.2000 to 06.01.2000 is pending with the respondents. The petitioner shall make representation within a period of four weeks before the Competent Authority giving all the details indicated above. The respondents after taking into account the details furnished by the petitioner shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of.
