This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 323, 341, 448, 504, 324, 354B, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has caused injury with tengari at the head of the informant. The doctor has found simply laceration on the head of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, or successor Court.
