Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have been caught with stolen motorcycle and on the basis of disclosure made by him, three stolen motorcycles are said to have recovered in front of house of coaccused Karelal Yadav but admittedly, co- accused Karelal Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail.

Moreover, brother-in-law of the aforesaid co- accused Karelal Yadav claims that seized motorcycles belong to him. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of three cases but in the present case, he is in jail custody since 17.4.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
