====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 35 of 2019, Trial No. 2683 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected and on the ground of period of custody, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail as the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since15.10.2019. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
