JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. that petitioner and other accused persons obtained documents viz. Passbook, Adhar Cards, A.T.M. cards and SIMS from the informant on the pretext of providing him loan, later on he came to know that accused persons got the loan transferred in their accounts and withdrew the same.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case and no loan amount has been transferred in the bank account

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73536 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 of the petitioner. Further she has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody 01.08.2018.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the court below to verify the fact that no loan amount has been received in the account of the petitioner and if it so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2018. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
