This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Samastipur Town P.S. Case No.350 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/467/468/120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has sold SIM card on the Aadhar Card of the informant by committing forgery.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now no more interested in doing business

Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No.350 of 2023. 8.

At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner will give an undertaking in the Court below that neither he nor his family members will involve themselves in the business of selling of SIM Cards.

In case, the petitioner is again found to be involved in the business of selling SIM Cards, his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
