JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. No case for quashing of the First Information Report exercising power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is made out as the allegation contained in the First Information Report constitutes cognizable offence. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take such plea which has been taken in the present application at the appropriate stage of trial. This application stands disposed of with the observation as above.
