No.2 is not present despite the fact that yesterday also the matter was adjourned for requiring his presence.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.158C/13 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the nature of allegations made and in view of the fact that there is no opposition to the prayer made for bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51231 of 2014 (5) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No.158C/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
