The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is named in the FIR, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have been armed with Lathi. Md. Mansur and Fazlu Rahman are alleged to have assaulted Murshid Ali with sword and four blows of sword were given. When the informant went to save Murshid Ali, Saidur Rahman assaulted him with Lathi. No allegation of assault with Lathi is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
