In huge quantity, bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from Bogie of a train. Petitioners were found traveling in the said Bogie and the informant claims that the seized bottles of liquor belong to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Rail Kishanganj ( Barsoi) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016.
