JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In huge quantity, bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from Bogie of a train. Petitioners were found traveling in the said Bogie and the informant claims that the seized bottles of liquor belong to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Rail Kishanganj ( Barsoi) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016.
