Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50275 of 2013 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 30.12.2010 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gogari, District-Khagaria, in Case No.569(M) of 2009 has become infructuous in view of the decision of the this Court passed in L.P.A. No.1189 of 2013 and, as such, he does not want to press this application.

In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
