The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.381 of 2018 registered under Sections 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that three persons were sitting on his chabutra and one white colour TVS sports was parking there. Seeing the police, the accused persons started fleeing away. The petitioner was apprehended. The petitioner said to have disclosed that he and other accused persons are involved in committing theft of motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not owner of the motorcycle. The motorcycle was of Shubham Kumar and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 24.08.2018.

No.73690 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.381 of 2018.
