The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni (Zeromile) P.S. Case No. 541 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 307, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the three persons who opened fire which caused injury to the son of the informant on the left side of stomach. He further submits that he has not been put on TIP and there is no specific averment in the prosecution case that the petitioner has caused injury.

No.22323 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Zeromile) P.S.
