2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 224 of 2013, G.R. No. 1418 of 2013 alleged for the offence under Sections 366, 379,376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim and has committed rape with her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He also submits that from the statement of the alleged victim, it appears that she had herself eloped with the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 224 of 2013, G.R. No. 1418 of 2013.
