Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. case no. 272/2013 registered under sections 304B, 498A, 120B/34 of the IPC and 3/ 4 of D.P. Act. Petitioner no.1 is said to be mother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is said to be brother-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against them. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in
