The petitioners, namely, Jai Shankar Prasad @ Jai Shankar Kumar and Ranjan Kumar Sinha @ Ranjan Kumar are apprehending their arrest in a case under Section 380 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioners were working as Manager and Computer Operator from 2001 till 2010 in a Gas Agency owned by the complainant but, on account of some complain against them, they were removed from service. The complainant alleged that the petitioners took away different registers, check books of the Gas Agency.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the father of the petitioner no. 1 executed a lease deed in favour of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1933 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 Gas Agency for establishment of a godown, but some dispute arose and legal notice was sent to the complainant. Therefore, this complaint case has been filed.
Having considered the fact that on account of some dispute with regard to employment and complain thereof, the present complaint case appears to have been filed, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul in Complaint Case No. 537C of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
