At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 05.09.2011 before the Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, regarding his claim of regularization, ACP and other claims, which is still pending before the concerned authority and has not been disposed as yet. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department-respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14781 of 2015(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the parties, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department-respondent no. 2 to dispose the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is diposed.
