3. Appellant has assailed the order and decree dated 16.11.2022 and 21.11.2022 respectively passed in Divorce Case No. 30/2022 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Patna High Court MA No.208 of 2023(9) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 Nalanda in the guise of seeking permanent alimony. For the purpose of claiming permanent alimony, she has other statutory remedy before appropriate forum and she has to invoke such remedy.
