The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 632 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
