2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(i) (ii), 3(1) of the SC/ST Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of taking away the informant's minor daughter with intention to marry her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl it appears that she had got married with the petitioner.

7. Considering the statement of the victim girl, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024.

9. The application for bail stands allowed.
