The petitioner, who is in custody since 16.03.2020 seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 496/2018 dated 04.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Apart from the co-accused Chandan Yadav and Kundan Yadav hurling bombs, the petitioner is also stated to have hurled a bomb. The informant presumably has not

The other accused persons of this case having similar allegations have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S.
