Petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No.43 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20(b), 22 of the NDPS Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that 6.700 Kg. Ganja plant was recovered from the courtyard of Rampukar Singh. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of Ganja from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
