2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion, vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6912 of 2023, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. Trial Court report reveals that only private prosecution witnesses have been examined and investigating officer and medical officer are yet to be examined.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no progress in the trial and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in the near future. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
